Because our snacks and baked goods are perishable, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Your satisfaction, however, is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@entinaorganic.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so our team can assist you quickly.
